Workforce Training Grants for Florida Corporations

Receive money for training grants - Your company may be eligible for the Florida Flex Training Grants. These are state-funded grants designed to increase competitiveness of Florida businesses, especially during this pandemic, by providing money for training your employees.

Quick Response Training Grant

New businesses or those relocating to or expanding in Florida may be eligible for grant dollars to help pay for training new employees

Incumbent Worker Training Grant

For-profit, small businesses may be eligible for a reimbursement of up to 75 percent of training costs through Florida’s Incumbent Worker Training grant.

Available Funds

There is $9 million of funding available for those who qualify for the 2020-2021 Quick Response Training program and $6 million for the Incumbent Worker Training program. Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis until available funding has been awarded.
