Below are the New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of South Florida Cancellation and Refund Policies.

 Cancellation and Refund Policy for Club Programs

Should a student be terminated or canceled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule: Cancellation must be made in person or by Certified Mail. All monies will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted by the school or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making initial payment. Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day from signing the Enrollment Agreement and making initial payment, but before the first class, will result in a refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the Registration Fee.

  • Cancellation after attendance has begun, but prior to 40% completion of the program, will result in a Pro-rata refund computed on the number of hours completed of the total program hours. All books and materials received by the student are non-refundable after the student has opened them. All registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation after completing 40% of the program will result in no refund.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days following termination or receipt of a Cancellation Notice.
  • A student can be dismissed, at the discretion of the Director, for insufficient progress, non-payment of costs, or failure to comply with rules.
 Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

There is no charge for cancellations that are made Ten (10) or more business days prior to the scheduled training date. Cancellations that are made nine (9) business days or less of the scheduled training date are considered “late cancellations” and will be charged the full price of the class. Failure to show up for class will be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly. Additionally, all no shows and late cancellations 5 business days or less prior to the class start date carry an additional $50 per day of training as a rescheduling fee.

All paid training cancelled within 10 or more business days' notice will have a credit on account in the full amount of purchase.  This credit can be applied to any New Horizons South Florida products or services for up to 2 years from the date of original transaction. There are no refunds.

Please Note: Students arriving more than 15 minutes after start time may lose their seat to a wait-listed client. Students arriving more than 30 minutes after the start time of a class will not be admitted.
